This was not organized at all, but would be glad to do more research on this if at your request.
My family has always been a really strong close family. We where raised in Bath, New Brunswick, not far from the border of the state of Maine. My father, Dale, was also raised in the same area not far from where we had settled in Kilburn, just south of Perth-Andover, New Brunswick.
I have always been interested in the roots of my family, as I didn't know much really until reading this web site. I have done some searching in the past few years but have been distracted and came up with very little over the internet.
I am very happy to read what has been put together on this site and it makes me feel that much more rooted to the past.
I guess what I am looking for is to find that Inman who came north as a loyalist and settled in New Brunswick, turning around in 1812 and painting the white house black. Anyhow, love the site and information and will be checking for further info as I continue to search the website for clues as to who that was.

• My father (Wayne) advised that the ancestor of our Inman family received a land grant from King George of England in approximately 1400's; (approximately the same time as the William Penn expedition) location of present day city of Philadelphia. The Inman family leased the land to the city for 99 years. I'd like to trace back from William to the Pennsylvania land grant and then backwards to England and Wales.
